HR&EB Specialist
We are looking for a HR&EB Specialist to be part of our Railwaymen team, by creating an exceptional workplace culture and developing HR strategies in our company.

As an HR&EB Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Conducting recruitment processes for all positions from soup to nuts - both junior and senior positions (technical and business roles) - complying with RODO regulations
- Cooperating with the sales department, CTO in building the recruitment strategy and creating profiles of ideal candidates
- Preparing and publishing job offers, analysing and verifying CVs, contacting candidates, arranging and conducting recruitment meetings, negotiating terms and conditions, hiring
- Cooperating with hiring managers in the latter stages of the recruitment process
- Introduction to our company and its internal processes for candidates; ensuring smooth communication
- Proactive search for candidates in the IT market using all possible search channels (headhunting activities if necessary)
- Preparation of summaries and reports on the implemented recruitment projects and analysis of the effectiveness of the undertaken activities
- Management of an internal tool for recruitment and employee evaluation; reporting on the improvement needs of this tool to the technology team
- Preparation of cyclical market reports on remuneration of IT professionals and technology trends; for review by business and CTOs
- Implement development and training programmes (in cooperation with CEO and Heads of Departments)
- Management of the employee performance process and building of career paths based on the competence matrix
- Resolving intra-organisational conflicts and providing support in problematic situations
- HR budget management (creation and maintenance - once agreed with the business)

- Development of internal and external employer branding strategies
- Full responsibility for the company's internal 1:1 meeting process (review; optimisation); conducting regular 1:1 meetings in the hr/eb area
- Employee lifecycle management and exit interviews
- Conducting employer branding activities
- Maintain effective communication between departments and carry out internal knowledge exchange.
- EB budget management (creation and maintenance - once agreed with the business)
Work model:
- hybrid (2 days/week from the office is a must)
