About the Role:
- As a Lead Generation Specialist at Railwaymen, you will be a key member of the Sales Team.
- Your core mission will be to proactively drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel within the start-up and scale-up sector (e.g., Fintech, Accounting, Medtech, Foodtech, Construction).
- You will be growing the network of our sales prospects, seeking new business opportunities, and hunting through online (LinkedIn/email) sales campaigns with close cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
- You will be focused on the iterative approach to ensure campaign's maximum effectiveness and high conversion score.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong self-motivation and a results orientation who appreciates challenges at work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate qualified leads and schedule meetings through various channels.
- Sales pipeline management in CRM and prospects segmentation.
- Keeping our leadgen funnel busy.
- Nurturing pre-sales relationships by providing relevant information and resources to keep the engagement through the entire customer journey.
- Discovering new ways to improve customer outreach strategies.
- Preparing HubSpot dashboards, and data presentations for management and other teams.
- Cooperation with marketing and performance marketing, content design, Project Manger/ Delivery department as part of conducted campaigns.
- Participation in trips to conferences, international events (Europe, Middle East).
