About the Role:
Imagine being at the heart of our dynamic growth, the key player who orchestrates our talented team and intricate processes. As our next Project Manager, you'll be the driving force ensuring our innovative software projects not only meet deadlines but also exceed expectations, delivering tangible results. We're looking for someone with a sharp business mind, a solid foundation in management, and a knack for navigating budgets and analysis. While a technical or IT background will give you an extra edge, your exceptional communication skills and ability to masterfully manage project backlogs and priorities are what will truly make you shine in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients.
- Team Leadership & Facilitation: Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog.
- Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies.
- Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders
- Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes
