Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual)

About role:

We are looking for a manual tester with commercial experience who is not afraid to take responsibility for quality and can be a true partner for the development team. If you have about a year of experience, an analytical mind, and can openly argue your point while maintaining the highest product standards – we are waiting for you!

Projects You Will Influence:

As a QA Engineer (Manual) at Railwaymen, you will take ownership of the quality in one of our key, high-impact projects.

Depending on the team’s needs and your profile, you will become a vital part of:

--> Electromobility: An intelligent EV Charging App designed to manage and optimize infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations

Your daily challenges:

  • Active role in the team - you don't just check for bugs, but are part of an interdisciplinary team, taking an active part in planning and achieving common goals
  • Perform manual functional tests, verifying the product on various platforms, devices, and browsers. You conduct regression tests to ensure that updates do not introduce new defects
  • Define test objectives and develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios
  • Effectively document identified bugs and work closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.
