Marketing Team Leader

馃憠 We are looking for a Marketing Team Leader to build our international brand!

Who are we looking for?

  • An experienced specialist who will be responsible for building and implementing a strategy for acquiring and increasing sales leads in foreign markets (growth development).
  • A proactive person open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • A person who will be liaison between various departments (Marketing, Sales, EB, tech departments).

Main responsibilities: 

  • Developing and executing marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy.
  • Establishment and effective management of the budget, allocation of resources with the priority of obtaining the highest return on investment (with the support of the board).
  • Close cooperation with other departments - especially the Sales team.
  • Manage Marketing & Sales CRM (monthly, quarterly and annual reports preparation).
  • Set up monthly, quarterly KPI and manage marketing budget.
  • Set up, update, monitor and execute the approved daily/weekly/monthly communication plan with the marketing specialist.
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategy (inbound and outbound) and event strategy.
  • Manage and measure marketing campaign effects (CPC, CPL, etc.), cooperation with external subcontractors, such as SEO, Ads & link building agencies.
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.

Reporting: directly to CEO

  • Quarterly meetings and reporting to the management board

Must have
  • Over 5 years' experience working in the marketing department in the area of lead generation.
  • A clear leadership role as a decision-maker.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and having proven experience in launching distinguished and attractive digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-marketing and the practical application of tools such as CMS, CRM (ideally HubSpot) and Google (Analytics, GAds, GSC), Hotjar, Fb ads, and others)
  • Knowledge of tools for work management, like Jira, Trello.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to multitasking roles and working under deadlines.
  • Friendly personality and advanced communication skills.
  • Fluent English written and spoken (daily communication with foreign companies and management of marketing tools).
