About the Role:


We're seeking a dynamic IT New Business Manager to spearhead our expansion through

strategic client acquisition. You'll leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to

identify prospects, understand their challenges, and present compelling IT solutions. This role

demands a proactive, results-driven professional ready to expand our market reach.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute market entry strategies for key

international markets (US, Europe, Arabic region).

Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure high-value business opportunities.

Consultative Solution Design: Analyze client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.

Business-Centric Communication: Translate technical processes into tangible

business benefits.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for mutually beneficial partnerships.

Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals addressing client needs.

Lead Generation: Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle for complex IT projects.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships.

Performance Analysis: Provide insightful performance reports and drive process

improvements.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

Global Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Leadership Development: Transition to Head of Sales, building and leading a sales
