Head of Marketing

馃憠 We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build our international brand


Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced specialist with the ability to build and implement a long-term marketing strategy on foreign markets

Main responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services
  • Manage Marketing & Sales CRM (monthly, quarterly and annual reports preparation)
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Manage website CMS - oversee portfolio case studies
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  • Set up monthly, quarterly KPI and manage marketing budget
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs inbound leads
  • Manage and measure marketing campaign effects (CPC, CPL, etc.)
  • Set up, update, monitor and execute the approved daily/weekly/monthly communication plan with the marketing team 
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategy (inbound and outbound) and event strategy
  • Participating in technology trade fairs abroad
  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
  • Report directly to CEO


Currently, we're working remotely, but we may require the stationary/ part-stationary model of cooperation in the future: it depends on the restrictions in referring to COVID-19

Must have
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in IT & digital sectors 
  • A clear leadership role as a decision-maker 
  • Understanding of digital marketing and having proven experience in launching distinguished and attractive digital campaigns 
  • Knowledge of marketing tools: Hubspot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Similarweb, Jira, Trello, FB Ads and others
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt to multitasking role and working under deadlines
  • Friendly personality and advanced communication skills
  • Fluent English: written and spoken (daily communication with foreign companies and management of marketing tools)
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of other marketing/sales tools and willingness to share your knowledge with other teams members
  • Experience in sales (IT agency)
